BICYCLE MECHANIC AND SERVICE WRITER
(Full-time)

Primary Job Functions:
- Oversee the general function of the service center
- Monitor and maintain base inventory levels of repair parts
- Perform basic to complex bicycle repairs
- Build, diagnose and repair bicycles
- Consult with customers about required repairs
- File and complete warranty claims
- Ensure timely turnaround on all work orders
- Maintain a clean and professional work space

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a bicycle mechanic
- Ability to overhaul suspension, dropper posts, perform brake bleeds
- Wheel building experience preferred
- Knowledge of E-Bikes and electronic shifting (Di2/eTap) is a big plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Occasional weekend availability
